Dr Eshini Perera is a qualified Dermatologist and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
Dr Perera holds four tertiary qualifications, having graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009 with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery and a Bachelor Advanced Medical Science. She also holds a Master of Medicine with First Class Honours from The University of Melbourne, and a Master of Public Health and Epidemiology from the University of Sydney. Additionally, Dr Perera has attained a Fellowship in Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Early in her career, Dr Eshini Perera developed a broad range of experience, working extensively in clinical research in Dermatology. She completed further Dermatology training at Queensland Institute of Dermatology, The Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Mater Miscordae Hospital, Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital and the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
During her career, Dr Perera developed procedural skills in hyperhidrosis treatment, deroofing procedures for hidradentitis supprutiva and has a special interest in Medical Dermatology, acne, minor procedures and full skin examinations in patients with a complex history of skin malignancies. She has had further training in Platelet-Rich Plasma, and has experience performing a range of minor procedures for patients of all ages.
